1株甘蔗根际促生细菌的鉴定及其生物学功能研究初报
为了给甘蔗根际促生细菌的开发和利用提供理论依据,以及对微生物功能基因的挖掘利用提供有价值的菌种资源。利用常规分离方法从甘蔗根际中分离获得菌株GG08160,通过固氮酶活性测定、固氮酶基因nif H扩增及序列分析鉴定该细菌的固氮能力;采用Salkowski比色法和溶磷圈D/d比值方法分别测定该菌株分泌IAA以及对无机磷的降解能力,利用含有浓度梯度草甘膦的培养基胁迫培养测定该菌株对草甘膦的抗性;采用盆栽接种法明确菌株对甘蔗幼苗的实际促生长作用;根据形态学、Biolog检测和16S rRNA序列分析对菌株GG08160进行鉴定,确定该菌株的分类地位。研究结果表明,菌株GG08160具有固氮、分泌IA...
