TRAIL、MAP-2和Nestin在流产患者绒毛组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)、微管相关蛋白2(MAP-2)和巢蛋白(Nestin)与自然流产和人工流产绒毛发育的关系。方法选择2007年6月至2008年6月在浙江省绍兴市计划生育宣传技术指导站门诊接受自然流产的患者40例及同期进行人工流产的患者60例(作为对照)。应用免疫组化法检测第40~90天自然流产和人工流产患者胎盘绒毛和蜕膜组织中TRAIL、MAP-2和Nestin的表达,并分析其分布规律。结果妊娠第40~90天人工流产患者绒毛和蜕膜组织中少数细胞TRAIL呈阳性表达,自然流产患者绒毛和蜕膜组织中多数细胞TRAIL呈阳性表达;人工流产患者绒毛组织中MAP-2呈阴性表...
