真空回潮工序不同参数对卷烟化学成分及危害性的影响

通过对真空回潮工序中抽真空度和保压时间两参数进行不同组合,检测卷烟烟气中焦油、7项有害成分、叶片常规化学成分等,以探明不同条件对卷烟常规化学成分及危害性的影响。结果表明:较低的抽真空度和保压时间能显著降低烟气中焦油、烟碱和总粒相物含量;CO、氨、B[α]P含量随抽真空度和保压时间的增大有升高趋势,巴豆醛含量随抽真空度和保压时间的增大则显著减小;烟碱、钾、氯含量受抽真空度和保压时间影响较小,总糖和还原糖含量在高真空度和长保压时间下显著减小,总氮含量在低真空度和短保压时间下显著减小;抽真空度与卷烟烟气危害性呈正比关系,对其影响较大,保压时间与烟气危害性则呈反比关系,且影响较小。...

Through different combinations of vacuum degree and pressure holding time in vacuum resurgence process,detected the content of tar,seven harmful components,conventional chemical composition and so on,the influence of different conditions on the chemical composition and the harmfulness of cigarette were explored. The results showed that the low vacuum degree and pressure holding time could significantly reduce the content of tar,nicotine and total particulate matter in smoking.
