辽宁烤烟安全性指标特征分析及与其他产区的差异

为了解东北地区烟叶的安全性程度,及与其他产区的差异,以辽宁烟区为代表,研究了烤烟C3F样品的安全性指标[烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNA)、烟气成分含量]的变异状况,并与其他烟区进行了比较分析。结果显示:烟叶几种TSNA含量大小呈现出NAT+NAB〉NNN〉NNK,辽宁烤烟各烟气安全性指标含量高低表现为:HCN〉苯酚〉焦油〉苯并[α]芘〉CO〉氨〉烟碱〉NNK。对辽宁烟区与其他烟区烤烟安全性指标进行比较后发现:辽宁烤烟烟叶各类TSNA含量均低于云南,且差异达到显著或极显著水平;辽宁烤烟烟气焦油、CO、氨、NNK、HCN含量均低于黄淮烟区、南方烟区及全国重点烟区平均水平,其中烟气CO、氨、HCN含量显著...

Abstract_FL In order to understand the degree of safety of tobacco leaf in Northeastern area,we studied the variation status of safety indexes [content of tobacco-specific nitrosamine (TSNA),and content of smoke compositions]of flue-cured tobacco C3F samples in Liaoning,and analyzed the differences in tobacco leaf safety indexes between Liaoning area and other tobacco-growing areas. The results showed that the content of several kinds of TSNA in tobacco leaves had the order of NAT+NAB>NNN>NNK. The content of smoke safety indexes of flue-cured tobacco in Liaoning was arranged as follows:HCN>phenol>tar>benzopyrene>CO>ammonia>nicotine>NNK. The contents of all kinds of TSNA in flue-cured tobacco leaves in Liaoning were significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01)lower than those in Yunnan. The contents of CO,ammonia and HCN in smoke of flue-cured tobacco in Liaoning were significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01)lower than those in Huang-Huai area,Southern area and the average level in national key tobacco-growing areas,The content of tar in smoke of flue-cured tobacco in Liaoning was significantly (P<0.05)lower than that in Huang-Huai area. There were no significant differences in the contents of NNK,nicotine,phenol and benzopyrene in smoke of flue-cured tobacco among different tobacco-growing areas.
