辽宁烤烟安全性指标特征分析及与其他产区的差异
为了解东北地区烟叶的安全性程度,及与其他产区的差异,以辽宁烟区为代表,研究了烤烟C3F样品的安全性指标[烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNA)、烟气成分含量]的变异状况,并与其他烟区进行了比较分析。结果显示:烟叶几种TSNA含量大小呈现出NAT+NAB〉NNN〉NNK,辽宁烤烟各烟气安全性指标含量高低表现为:HCN〉苯酚〉焦油〉苯并[α]芘〉CO〉氨〉烟碱〉NNK。对辽宁烟区与其他烟区烤烟安全性指标进行比较后发现:辽宁烤烟烟叶各类TSNA含量均低于云南,且差异达到显著或极显著水平;辽宁烤烟烟气焦油、CO、氨、NNK、HCN含量均低于黄淮烟区、南方烟区及全国重点烟区平均水平,其中烟气CO、氨、HCN含量显著...
