基于主成分分析法的海南省县域农业发展环境评价

【目的】为优化海南省农业发展环境,明确地区性农业投资方向和重点,促进区域农业协调发展提供参考。【方法】根据海南省18个市（县）的农业资源条件和特征及2011年统计数据,基于主成分分析法并结合实际情况对海南省各市（县）域农业发展环境进行实证分析。【结果】海南省农业发展地域不均衡,18个市（县）中地处中部地区的市（县）农业发展环境评分较低,农业发展基础薄弱;而处于滨海平原地区的市（县）农业投资潜力较大,可以很好地支持农业发展。农业生产中的土地要素和资本要素对农业发展的作用较大,农业产业结构、技术等内生要素对农业发展贡献普遍不大。【建议】应采取加大农业投入、夯实农业发展基础,依靠农业科技、推动农业发...

Objective 】The study aimed to improve the agricultural development environment and define the regional agricultural investment direction, by which can promote the coordinated development of regional agriculture in Hainan Province. 【Method 】Using the date of 2011, the study focused on the agriculture development environment estimation of the 18 cities（counties） in Hainan Province based on their agricultural development conditions and features by using the Principal Component Analysis method. 【Result 】Due to the different topography, geomorphology and cultivated land area, the agriculture development environment score of cities（counties） in central Hainan Province is low and the agriculture is not suitable in these regions, while the cities（counties） in the coastal plain terrain have strong agricultural investment potential.
