东方百合可育品种及其不育突变体花药形成的细胞学观察

为从细胞学角度研究东方百合雄性不育的机理,本试验利用石蜡切片法对东方百合雄性可育品种及其不育突变体花药发育过程进行比较研究,确定不育突变体花药败育时期及方式。观察结果表明:正常东方百合可育品种的花药,经过造孢细胞、花粉母细胞、四分体、单核花粉粒等时期,获得成熟的花粉粒;在花粉母细胞阶段,不育突变体花药的绒毡层即停止发育开始解体,花粉母细胞不能进行正常的减数分裂形成四分体,随着花药的发育,花粉母细胞高度液泡化并逐步解体。研究认为:东方百合不育突变体花粉败育可能发生在花粉母细胞时期,与绒毡层的提前解体有关。...

Bibliography:In order to research the mechanism of male sterility shout Lilium ‘ Oriental Hybrids' , the period and the way of the anthers abor- tive were researched by using paraffin section. Through comparing the difference to anther development process between male sterile mutant line and normal line, the results showed that in the normal llne, a mature pollen needed through 4 stages which were sporogenous cell, micrpsporocyte, tetrad, mononuclear pollen stage respectively. However, the tapetum of male sterile mutant line collapsed during microsporo- cyte stage, and meiosis of microeporocyte could not perform and tetrad could not form, With the developing of anther, the microsporocyte would be vacuolization and gradually broke up. The abortion of Lilium ‘ Oriental Hybrids' may occur during the period of microsporocyte and be related to tapetum disintegrate.
