顺丁橡胶/集成橡胶并用胶的结构及性能
考察了顺丁橡胶(BR)与集成橡胶(SIBR)并用质量比对BR/SIBR并用胶的相态结构、热性能、硫化特性、动态力学性能、物理机械性能、耐切割性能、耐磨性能和压缩疲劳生热的影响.结果表明,当BR/SIBR为20/80,30/70,40/60时,并用胶的相态结构均匀;BR/SIBR为50/50时,并用胶呈明显的相分离结构;随着BR用量的增加,并用胶的玻璃化转变温度(Ts)降低,当BR/SIBR为50/50时,BR/SIBR并用胶出现2个Tg,相容性最差;随着BR用量的增加,并用胶的焦烧时间先小幅延长后逐渐缩短,正硫化时间逐渐缩短,损耗因子(tanδ)峰向低温方向移动,与SIBR硫化胶相比,并用胶的...
