2012～2014年黄石市从业人员ALT HAV和HEV检测结果分析
目的分析湖北省食品及公共场所从业人员丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、甲型肝炎病毒（HAV）和戊型肝炎病毒（HEV）检测结果,为疾病预防控制提供依据。方法以2012~2014年在湖北省黄石市疾病预防控制中心体检的食品及公共场所从业人员56 462例为研究对象,抽取其空腹静脉血进行血清ALT、抗HAV-免疫球蛋白M（Ig M）和抗HEV-Ig M检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 56 462例体检者中,ALT异常3 622例,异常率为6.415%,其中男2 578例（11.655%）,女性1 044例（3.040%）,不同性别ALT异常率比较,差异有统计学意义（χ2=1 663.34,P〈0.01...

| Abstract_FL | Objective To analyze the detection results of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),hepatitis A virus (HAV) and hepatitis E virus(HEV) among the employees of public places in Huangshi City to provide a basis for the prevention and control of the diseases. Methods A total of 56 462 employees of food and public places undergoing the physical examination in our center during 2012-2014 were taken as the research subjects. The venous blood was collected for detecting serum ALT ,anti-HAV im munoglobumin M(IgM) and anti-HEV IgM. Then the detection results were statistically analyzed. Results Among 56 462 individ-uals undergoing the physical examination ,3 622 cases were abnormal in ALT with the abnormal rate of 6.415%,in which 2 578 cases were male with the abnormal rate of 11.655% and 1 044 cases were female with the abnormal rate of 3.040%,the ALT abnormal rate had statistical difference between genders (χ2=1 663.34,P<0.01).The positive rate of anti-HEV-Ig M was 0.062%(35/56 462,which significantly higher than 0.012%(7/56 462) of anti-HAV IgM,the difference was statistical difference (χ2=18.674,P<0.01);the anti HAV IgM positive rate in male was 0.027%(6/22 119) which was higher than 0.003%(1/34 343)of female,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.364,P<0.05). Conclusion The regular physical examination among employ-ees of food and public places in Huangshi City should be aid attention to,moreover the health education should be strengthened. |
