综合色素沉着性状的科学研究,对可能与安义瓦灰鸡“五灰”表型有贡献的主效基因(基因座)的研究进展进行综合分析,阐明瓦灰鸡表型的潜在分子机制,有利于应用分子手段为瓦灰鸡的提纯复壮提供强有力的支持。

Bibliography:Based on the scientific researches of hyperpigmentation characters,this paper comprehensively analyzed the research progress in major genes( loci)which possibly had contribution to“Five-gray”phenotype in Anyi tile-like gray chickens,and ex-plored the potential molecular mechanism of causing“Five-gray”phenotype,in order to provide powerful support for the purifica-tion and rejuvenation of Anyi tile-like gray chickens through molecular means.
