广西甘蔗杆状病毒的分子检测及分布调查

[Objective]The occurrence and distribution of sugarcane bacilliform virus(SCBV) in Guangxi sugarcane area were investigated to understand infection situation of different sugarcane varieties,in order to provide theoretical basis for controlling SCBV diseases.[Method]A total of 169 sugarcane leaf samples with chlorosis spots and mottle,and without symptoms were collected from main sugarcane areas in 14 cities of Guangxi during 2012-2014.Meanwhile,leaf samples of 12 sugarcane varieties were collected from Nanning sugarcane breeding and demonstration base.Badnavirus-specific universal primers(Badna FP/RP) were used to detect collected samples by PCR amplification and sequence analysis.[Result]The results showed that,among 169 tested samples,SCBV was found in 105 samples,thus positive rate were up to 62.1%,there was no significant difference in SCBV positive rates between sugar cane(63.5%) and fruit cane(58.1%).Samples with spots or mosaic symptoms got higher detection rate,and partial samples with no ob
