大专护理专业毕业生就业情况分析及启示

目的了解大专护理专业毕业生工作情况和用人单位对其总体评价,为大专护理人才培养改革提供依据。方法 2012年8月中旬至9月底采取随机整群抽样方法进行调查,调查点为该校实习就业一体化基地(主要分布在长沙、重庆、广州、南宁、怀化等5个城市),调查对象为该校2008—2012届护理专业毕业生及其工作单位,调查内容包括用人单位对毕业生的评价及毕业生自我评价、对工作单位的评价及对母校的意见及建议等。结果共调查毕业生987人,用人单位38个。所调查单位均表示今后会继续录用该校毕业生,对毕业生总体评价优良率为100.00%。97.97%(967/987)毕业生对自己目前的工作岗位较为满意,98.89%(976...

Objective To understand the working situation of college nursing graduates and overall evaluation of employer units on them in order to provide a basis for the cultivation reform of college nursing talents. Methods The random cluster sampling method was adopted to conduct the questionnaire survey from the midmonth of August to the end of September 2012,the survey spot was the internship employment integration base of this college(mainly distributing in 5 cities of Changsha,Chongqing,Guangzhou,Nanning and Huaihua),the respondents were the nursing specialty graduates of grade 2008—2012 and their work units and the survey contents included the evaluation of employer units on them,their own evaluation, evaluation on working units,and opinions and suggestions on their mother colleges.
