山地果园链式索道货运机链条拉力检测系统
为提高山地果园货运机索道的安全性能,优化货运机运行参数,以货运机链条所受拉力为安全性能指标,研究并设计了一套基于CAN总线的拉力检测系统。首先对货运机工作时链条所受拉力进行分析,确定拉力检测方案;然后用主控制器STC12C5A60S2、CAN控制器SJA1000和CAN收发器82C250等搭建拉力检测系统硬件、用Lab VIEW搭建拉力检测系统软件界面,对CAN总线通信进行可靠性检测后,对系统测量电压进行测试并标定;最后通过铁杆受力试验,检验拉力检测系统的准确度和稳定性。试验结果表明,系统测量电压最大绝对误差绝对值为0.3251 V,相对误差〈8%,标定后测量电压绝对误差绝对值〈0.0124...
