新西兰大白兔组织工程骨的构建及体内异位成骨效果

目的:探讨新西兰大白兔组织工程骨股骨旁异位成骨(ectopic bone formation)的效果.方法:选取新西兰大白兔骨髓基质干细胞进行成骨诱导,与生物陶瓷构建组织工程骨,种植到新西兰大白兔股骨的骨膜旁,第8周获得异位成骨组织,检测分析收获的异位成骨材料结构.结果:第8周的异位成骨材料内有骨组织形成,成骨材料结构清晰,组织内部有新血管形成,荧光蛋白标记的标本有荧光蛋白表达.结论:组织工程骨在体内可顺利异位成骨....

Objective:To study the structure of ectopic bone formed beside the New-Zealand rabbit femoral bone. Methods:Bone marrow stroma stem cells (BMSCs)were taken from New-Zealand rabbits to built engineered bone constructs, the constructs were embedded near the rabbit femoral bone,the ectopic bone constructs were harvested at 8^th week for further examination and study.Results:At 8th week,the ectopic bone had a clear bone-like structure,together with new blood supply, green fluorescent protein could be seen in samples seeded by marked cells.Conclusions:This study showed that the ectopic bone formation could be successfulinvivo.
