马铃薯引进品种及变异材料的SSR遗传多样性分析

为了鉴定马铃薯引进品种和变异材料的遗传背景和亲缘关系,利用9对SSR引物对12个引进品种、12个费乌瑞它自然和辐射变异材料进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明:对24份马铃薯参试材料的DNA进行PCR扩增共获得178条扩增条带,其中167个为多态性条带,多态性比率为93.8%,平均每对引物扩增条带数为18.6条.多态性条带中有84.4%的条带大小为120 ~ 950bp.24份参试材料的遗传相似性系数在0.479 ~1.000.聚类分析显示,在遗传相似系数为0.65处,参试材料可明显分为4个类群,全部变异材料均聚在1个类群,品种间的多态性和遗传距离大于变异材料....

In order to identify the genetic background and relationship of the introduced varieties and mutation materials in potato, the genetic diversity of 12 introduced varieties and 12 natural and radial mutation materials of potato variety ‘ Favorita’ were analyzed by 9 pairs SSR markers. Results: There were 178 amplified bands, 167 polymorphism bands of which were obtained with a polymorphism rate of 93.8 %. The average of each SSR primer amplified was 18.6 bands.
