桂林市2013~2015年护士执业资格考试通过率影响因素与对策研究

目的分析桂林市护士执业资格考试合格率、影响因素并提出对策措施。方法回顾性分析2013-2015年桂林市护士执业资格考试人数、考生学历、考生来源分布等情况。结果桂林市2013-2015年护士执业资格考试合格率分别为56.75%、49.46%、46.00%。不同学历考生组合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=46.03,P〈0.05),进一步两两比较发现,中专考生合格率明显低于大专和本科考生,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.017);大专和本科考生合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.017)。不同来源的考生合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=55.14,P〈0.05);进一步两两比较可知,试用单位为...

Objective To analyze the nurse qualification examination qualified rate,influencing factors and propose a countermeasure of Guilin city. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the number, education backgrounds and source distributions of students taking the nurse qualification examination in Guilin city from 2013 to 2015.
