渤海黑牛BOLA-DQA2基因SNPs多态性与生长性状的关联性分析

本试验采用PCR-SSCP方法对渤海黑牛BOLA-DQA2基因的编码区进行分析,研究渤海黑牛BOLA-DQA2基因多态性与生产性状的关系。研究表明,外显子1和外显子5处没有发现多态性位点,外显子2处发现两个多态位点产生4种基因型,外显子3处发现1个多态位点产生3种基因型,外显子4处发现1个多态位点产生3种基因型。外显子2中基因型AA所对应的个体头长、额宽、体高、十字部高显著高于基因型BB、AB、BC(P〈0.05),其它生长性状均无显著差异。外显子3、外显子4中生产性状在AA、BB、AB这3种基因型上均无显著差异。DQA2外显子2中等位基因A对渤海黑牛的生产性状起关键作用,可以为渤海黑牛品种选...

Bibliography:The polymorphism of code region in BOLA-DQA2gene were analyzed by PCR-SSCP in Chinese Bohai Black Cattle.The results showed that two polymorphism sites were found in exon2 of DQA2,one polymorphism site was found in exon3 and exon4,but there were no polymorphism site in exon1 and exon5.There were four genotypes in exon2,there were three genotypes in exon3 and exon4.Head length,Frontal width,Body height and Height at the hip cross were higher for genotype AA than that for genotype AB,BC and BB,the other growth traits had no dominant difference in four genotypes.Growth traits had no dominant difference in three genotypes in exon3 and exon4.The mutation of exon2 of DQA2 in Chinese Bohai Black Cattle played an important role in growth traits,it could provide a basis for breed of selection Chinese Bohai Black Cattle.
