天然橡胶/集成橡胶并用胶的相态结构及性能

研究了天然橡胶/集成橡胶(NR/SIBR)的并用比(质量比)对胶料的相态结构、力学性能、动态力学性能、耐切割性能、耐磨性能和压缩疲劳生热的影响.结果表明,NR/SIBR并用比为20/80时,并用胶的相态结构均匀;并用比为30/70和40/60时,并用胶呈现明显的相分离结构;NR/SIBR并用比为40/60时,表现出2个玻璃化转变温度.与纯SIBR相比,NR/SIBR并用胶的动态损耗峰变宽,拉伸强度和撕裂强度变化不大,但耐切割性能、耐磨性能有所降低,压缩疲劳生热有所增加....

Bibliography:The effects of blending ratio ( mass ratio) of natural rubber/integrated rubber ( NR/ SIBR) blends on micromorphology, mechanical properties, dynamical mechanical properties, cutting resistance, wear resistance and heat build-up of compression fatigue of blends were investigated. The results showed that the micromorphology of NR/SI- BR blends was uniform as the blending ratio was 20/ 80. The NR/SIBR blends exhibited evident phase separation as the blending ratio was 30/70 and 40/ 60, and two glass-transition temperatures as theblending ratio was 40/60. The dynamic loss factor peaks of NR/SIBR blends broadened, tensile strength and tear strength changed little, but cutting resistance and wear resistance decreased, and heat built-up of compression fatigue increased compared with those of pure SIBR.
