大肠杆菌菌体氨基酸组成对高渗透环境的响应

在正常和高渗透压(高盐)环境下培养大肠杆菌,利用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对大肠杆菌代谢物中的氨基酸进行了定性定量分析。结果表明:在两组中均鉴定出14种氨基酸,且两组的氨基酸种类相同;与对照组中同种氨基酸的相对含量相比,实验组中脯氨酸和甲硫氨酸的相对含量明显降低,丝氨酸、苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天冬氨酸、鸟氨酸、赖氨酸和组氨酸的相对含量明显增加,而丙氨酸、甘氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酸的相对含量与对照组相近。...

Bibliography:In the study,the qualitative and quantitative analyses of amino acid compositions in Escherichia coli metabolites in natural and highly-osmotic stress conditions were done by using gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that 14 kinds of amino acids were identified in both the test group and control group.Comparing the relative content of each amino acid in the two groups,the relative content of proline and methionine in test group significantly reduced,and that of serine,threonine,phenylalanine,aspartic acid,ornithine,lysine and histidine in test group significantly increased,while the relative content of alanine,glycin,valine,leucine and glutamic acid in test group was almost the same as that in the control group.
