低温条件下木薯种茎发芽性能与生理指标相关性研究

[Objective]The germination and some chilling injury related with physio-biochemical indices of cassava were studied in order to forecast for application of control measures, and to evaluate the varieties tolerance to cold temperature. [Method]Three cassava varieties, viz., Guire 3, Huanan 124 and Huanan 205 were treated with different low temperatures (2, 5 and 8℃) for 0(CK),2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 d,respectively,in three replicates. The germination rate and some physio-biochemical indices such as relative conductivity and proline content, etc., were determined. [Result]Under the similar temperature conditions, the variety Huanan 124 showed maximum germination rate followed by the varieties Huanan 205 and Guire 3.
