低温条件下木薯种茎发芽性能与生理指标相关性研究
【目的】探讨木薯在低温寒害下的发芽性能和生理生化特性,评选出与木薯寒害、冻害密切相关的生理指标。【方法】将木薯品种桂热3、华南124和华南205的种茎置于8、5、2℃3种低温胁迫下,分别胁迫处理0(CK)、2、4、6、8、10、12、14d,测定发芽率、相对电导率和脯氨酸含量等指标,并同时进行发芽试验。【结果】低温胁迫时,相同处理条件下木薯种茎发芽率由高到低为:华南124〉华南205〉桂热3号,与试验材料本身抗寒性特征一致;低温处理早期,桂热3相对电导率迅速增加,华南124的相对电导率增加较缓慢,华南205在2℃处理6d时相对电导率达6.0%;不同品种脯氨酸含量变快趋势也不一致,桂热3号、华南...
