不同耐寒甘蔗品种的SRAP标记分析
采用100对SRAP引物对35个不同耐寒甘蔗品种进行了标记,并筛选出了72对多态性较好的SRAP引物进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明72对引物共扩增出1241条谱带,平均每对引物扩增出17.2条谱带,其中多态性条带为89.36%。品种间的遗传相似系数在0.5773~0.7264之间,平均为0.6340。聚类分析表明,35份甘蔗品种可分为5个类群,聚类分析结果不能反映供试材料的地域特性;同时,耐寒性相对较好的品种分散于4个类群中,说明聚类分析并不能把耐寒性好的品种聚成一类;而两三个耐寒性较差的品种能够聚在一起,说明SRAP标记对耐寒性较差的品种的聚类起到较好的作用。SRAP标记在甘蔗耐寒性研究上起...
