气候与土壤对烤烟多酚和类胡萝卜素含量的影响效应分析
【目的】探讨曲靖烟区气候和土壤因素对烤烟多酚和类胡萝卜素含量的影响效应。【方法】采用两因素随机区组设计法,在曲靖烟区典型植烟生态区(罗平县和马龙县)开展了客土置换种植烤烟试验,并对不同气候和土壤下烤烟多酚和类胡萝卜素含量进行方差分析和相似性分析。【结果】气候对烤烟绿原酸、芸香苷、叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素含量为高度影响效应;土壤对烤烟绿原酸、芸香苷、叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素含量均为中度影响效应;气候与土壤互作对烤烟叶黄素含量为中度影响效应,对烤烟绿原酸、芸香苷和β-胡萝卜素含量为低度影响效应。气候、土壤、气候与土壤互作对烤烟多酚和类胡萝卜素含量总变异的贡献率分别为42.39%、32.72%和24.89%...

| Bibliography: | 45-1381/S [Objective ]The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of soil and climate conditions of tobacco growing area in Qujing, Yunnan on polyphenol and cartenoids content in flue-cured tobacco. [Method ]Two-factor randomized block design was adopted for soil-replacement experiment in two typical tobacco-growing areas (Luoping County and Malong County), while variance analysis and similarity analysis of polyphenol and cartenoid content in flue-cured tobacco were conducted under different climate and soil conditions. [Result]The contents of chlorogenic acid, rutin, lutein, and 13-carotene were highly influenced by climate factors and moderately by soil factors. The interaction of climate and soil factors moderately impacted lutein content, and slightly affected the contents of chlorogenic acid, rutin and 13-carotene; the variance contribution rate of soil, climate, and their interaction on polyphenol and cartenoids content in flue-cured tobacco leaf was 42.39, 32.72 and 24.89%, respectively.
