高等农业院校师德建设途径和方法探索

阐述了高等农业院校师德的基本内涵,从建设高素质教师队伍、市场经济对高校的影响和全面快速提高青年教师职业素养3个方面,并指出了加强高等农业院校师德建设的必要性,并提出了师德建设的途径和方法。

The author described the basic connotation of teacher＇s moral in high agricultural colleges,pointed out the necessity of strengthening the construction of teacher＇s moral in high agricultural colleges from the following 3 aspects： the construction of high-quality teacher team,the influences of market economy on the colleges,and roundly and rapidly enhancing the occupation accomplishment of the young teachers,and put forward the approaches and means of teacher＇s moral construction in high agricultural colleges.
