黄龙核桃油脂肪酸的提取及GC—MS分析

采用索氏提取法、超声波提取法对陕西黄龙薄皮核桃油进行提取,并利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC—MS)对所得核桃油进行脂肪酸组成分析,结果表明:两种提取方法以正己烷为溶剂时出油率均超过45%;核桃油中分离鉴定出6种脂肪酸化合物,分别为亚麻酸、亚油酸、棕榈油酸、油酸;超声波提取法叶1还含有两种不饱和脂肪酸:花生酸、反十八碳烯-9-酸,说明不同提取方法对脂肪酸的分离有一定的影响,亚麻酸和亚油酸的总含量占到78.14%以上,黄龙产核桃油中含有大量对人体有益的不饱和脂肪酸。...

Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction were used to extract the oil from the walnut of huanglong shaanxi, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was exploited to analyze the fatty acid compositions of the oil. The result showed that the oil extraction rate of the two extraction methods which used n-hexane solvent was over 45%, six kinds of fatty acid compounds were isolated and identified in walnut oil and they were falx acid, suboleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, besides this, the unsaturated fatty acids were eicosanoic acid and elaidic acid by the ultrasonic extraction. Different methods affect the composition of fatty acids. The total content of falx acid, suboleic acid was about 78.14%, unsaturated fatty acids were beneficial to human.
