Visual Studio 2010 was used as development platform and SQI. Server 2008 was used as database to construet VOD system for showing practical agricuhural technology based on streaming media technology in this study. The VOD system could provide practical agricultural technology for farmers, enterprises and scientific and technical personnels conveniently and visually. The system could not only change and innovate the promotion way of agricultural technology, but also eouht breakout the restrictions of time and space for agricultural technology promotion. The way of agricuhural technology promotion decreased the cost of promotion and train and increased its quality.
