茎芥菜胞质四倍体白菜雄性不育系及其保持系光合特性比较

以茎芥菜胞质四倍体白菜雄性不育系4xMtCMS及其保持系为材料,采用Li-6400型便携式全自动光合测定系统测定叶片的光合特性。结果表明,4xMtCMS和保持系叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、水分利用率(WUE)均有差异,但两者的日变化趋势一致。保持系的Pn、Gs、Ci、光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)、CO2饱和点(CSP)、CO2补偿点(CCP)均高于4xMtCMS,而表观量子效率(AQY)、羧化效率(CE)低于4xMtCMS。4xMtCMS的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量和叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值均低于其保持系,而叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜...

The photosynthesis characteristics in 4xMtCMS and its maintainer line were measured by using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system in this paper.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll(a+b) and chlorophyll/carotenoid were lower in 4xMtCMS than that in maintainer line,but the content of carotenoid and chl a/chl b in 4xMtCMS was higher than that of its maintainer line.The chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and water use efficiency(WUE) in 4xMtCMS and its maintainer line were different,but their changes along with the diurnal chan
