云南魔芋资源种间杂交育种初步研究
云南是魔芋起源中心之一,云南的魔芋资源十分丰富,居全国之首.文章用常规育种方法,以栽培品种花魔芋、野生资源勐海魔芋和滇魔芋为试验材料,开展魔芋种间杂交育种研究.结果表明,以勐海魔芋和滇魔芋作为母本,花魔芋为父本,均能杂交成功,但假结实率偏高,分别为49.8％和60.1％;其结实率偏低,分别为45.9％和28.1％.以花魔芋作为母本,勐海魔芋为父本反交,也能杂交成功,假结实率为44.8％;结实率43.3％.研究结果为充分利用云南省丰富的魔芋资源进行质量优良、适应性广、抗逆性强的魔芋新品种选育提供了实践基础....

| Bibliography: | Yunnan is one of the origin centers of konjac.The konjac resources are very rich and occupy first place in China.In this paper,using conventional breeding methods,the research was carried out on konjac interspecific hybridization breeding with Amorphophallus konjac,Amorphophallus kachinensis and Amorphophallus yunnanensis as the experimental materials.The results showed that they were successful hybridization on A.kachinensis × A.konjac and A.yunnanensis × A.konjac,but the false seed setting percentage were respectively 49.8 ％and 60.1％,and the seed setting percentage were 45.9 ％ and 28.1％.It was successful hybridization on A.konjac × A.kachinensis too,the false seed setting percentage was 44.8 ％ and the seed setting percentage was 43.3 ％.The results provided practical basis for the full development the konjac resources of Yunnan on the new konjac varieties with good quality,wide adapt ability and strong resistance. 51-1213/S Konjac;Resource;Hybridization breeding;Research SUN Dao-wang（Institute of Biotechnology |
