台湾荔枝产业发展概况与展望

台湾荔枝栽培已有近300年的历史,曾是我国荔枝生产的主要区域,1988年栽培面积和产量达到历史之最,然后进入近20多年的调整期,栽培面积大幅度缩减,发展速度与其他特色小水果相比较为逊色,尽管如此,但其单产高、出口比例大、效益普遍较好,以及在新品种选育方面成绩突出,其产业结构已成功从数量规模效益转化为质量品质效益。探讨了台湾荔枝产业发展变化的历史,以加深对台湾荔枝产业发展进程的了解和认识,为相关研究提供借鉴。...

Taiwan; Litchi; industry survey; expectation
With a history of litchi cultivation for almost 300 years,a past major litchi producing area in China,the acreage and output in Taiwan reached its peaks in 1988.After that,the litchi industry in Taiwan came into the period of adjustment for over 20 years.As comparing with other characteristic fruits cultivated in Taiwan,the pace of litchi development appeared relatively in the shade.Even though,the higher output per unit acreage,higher rate of export,and popularly efficiency in production,and the standing out achievement in new cultivar breeding,have transformed Taiwan litchi industry from the amount-scale efficiency to the quality-trait efficiency successfully.Therefore,based on this recognition,the history of litchi industry and its development in Taiwan were explored in this paper for enhancing our comprehending and understanding,and for study reference too.
