瓠瓜部分种质资源主要性状的初步评价

瓠瓜是我国栽培的葫芦科蔬菜之一，在广东广泛栽培。为了拓宽瓠瓜育种基础材料，从国内收集了63份瓠瓜种质资源及品种，对其生长势、收获始期、瓜形、果皮颜色、果实重量、全生育期、白粉病发病情况等7个性状进行了调查；相关性分析结果表明，生长势、收获始期、全生育期3个性状间呈极显著正相关，白粉病发病程度与生长势、收获始期、全生育期呈显著负相关；综合评价各材料在广州地区的市场、气候适应性，初步筛选到8份适宜广东种植的材料／品种。...

Bottle gourd （Lagenaria siceraria）; trait evaluation; adaptation
Bottle gourd （Lagenaria siceraria） is one of the preferable vegetables in China and widely cultivated in Guangdong province. To expand the materials for breeding, a total of 63 cultigens were collected in China and evaluated for seven traits including growth vigour, harvesting date, fruit shape, fruit color, fruit weight, whole growing period and resistance to powdery mildew （Sphaerotheca fuliginea）. It was showed that there existed significant positive correlations among growth vigour, harvesting date and whole growing period and a significant negative correlation between resistance to powdery mildew and the three above traits. Taking into consideration of the adaptation to market and climates in Guangzhou, eight cultigens were chosen for further test of potential application in production.
