The intestinal type of lung adenocarcinoma is a very rare subtype of lung adenocarcinoma,presenting withpulmonary symptoms,but without any gastrointestinal symptoms and pathological changes.The author found1case of doubleprimary lung adenocarcinoma of the left lung,which was confirmed by surgery pathology,one for lung adenocarcinoma,one fora rare type of intestinal adenocarcinoma.This paper reviews the relevant literatures of the diagnosis and treatment of this case.
