叶面喷施植物生长调节剂对石蒜生长的影响

S682.2+9; 以石蒜(Lycoris radiata)为研究材料,采取10种不同的叶面喷施处理,探讨植物生长调节剂对石蒜叶片生长、鳞茎直径及地下须根量的影响.结果表明,叶面喷施GA3、KT-30均会显著促进石蒜叶长、叶宽的增加及鳞茎的增大,但地下根系量与CK无显著差异;叶面喷施浓度为50 mg/L以上的NAA虽也可显著促进石蒜地上部叶长、叶宽及地下部须根量的增加,却会显著抑制地下鳞茎的膨大及相对叶绿度的增加....

This article preliminarily studied the effects of 10 foliar-spraying plant growth regulators treatments on the leaf growth, bulb diameter and the amount of fibrous roots of Lycoris radiata. The result indicated that foliar-spraying GA3 and KT-30 could significantly promote to increase the leaf length, leaf width and bulb diameter. But they had no significant effect on the amount of fibrous roots. Similarly, the treatments of foliar-spraying NAA above 50 mg/L could significantly promote to increase the leaf length, leaf width and the amount of fibrous roots. However, they significantly decreased the bulb diameter and the relative leaf greenness.
