武运粳7号改良系重要农艺性状和产量的分析比较

S435.111.4+1; 改良高产粳稻武运粳7号的条纹叶枯病抗性对延长品种使用年限、培育抗性水稻新种质具有重要意义.本研究在前期分子标记辅助选择定向改良武运粳7号条纹叶枯病抗性的基础上,采用品系比较试验的方法,对14个改良系的重要农艺性状和产量进行考察分析.结果表明,多数株系的农艺性状与武运粳7号十分相近,个别株系甚至优于武运粳7号.根据农艺性状和产量的综合表现,最终从改良系中选出了1个最优的品系C14....

Improvement of rice stripe disease(RSD) resistance of high yield variety Wu-yun-jing No.7 is very important for extending its service life in production and developing new rice germplasm resource for resistance to rice stripe disease.On the basis of directional improvement of the RSD resistance for Wu-yun-jing No.7 with molecular marker assisted selection(MAS) in previous studies,the agronomic traits and yield for 14 improved rice lines of Wu-yun-jing No.7 to stripe disease were analyzed with line comparative test method in this paper.The results showed that most improved lines were the same as or even better than the donor parent Wu-yun-jing No.7 in agronomic characters.Finally,the best line C14 was selected by comprehensive performance of agronomic characters and yield in these improved lines.
