北方春季新鲜银杏叶多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响

建立了H22荷瘤小鼠模型,并分组饲喂100、200、400 mg/kg的银杏叶多糖(PGBL)、生理盐水及30 mg/kg环磷酰胺,以检测银杏叶多糖(PGBL)对荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数和肝脏指数的影响,研究PGBL对荷瘤小鼠的免疫调节作用。结果显示,PGBL可增加荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数和肝脏指数,与模型组(生理盐水组)相比差异显著。该研究不仅为证明PGBL的免疫调节作用提供了重要试验数据,同时也为研究其抗肿瘤作用机理提供了参考。...

The bearing tumor mice model with Hepatoma-22 were established.These mice were fed with 100,200,400 mg/kg Polysaccharides of Ginkgo Biloba Leave(PGBL),physiological saline and 30 mg/kg CTX to measure the effects of PGBL on spleen index,thymus index and liver index,studied the immunoregulation of PGBL in bearing tumor mice.The results showed that PGBL could increase spleen index、thymus index and liver index of the mice.It was significant difference compared with control group(physiological saline).The research not only provided the important experiment data for immunoregulation of PGBL,but also provided the clue for its anti-tumor mechanism.
