一种新型封端剂的合成、表征和应用
设计并合成了一种新型含硅氧烷基和氨基的封端剂Ⅳ一苯亚甲基-3三乙氧基硅烷基-1-丙胺(Imine - TEOS);研究了在以苯乙烯为聚合单体、环己烷为溶剂、四氢呋喃为结构调节剂、正丁基锂为引发剂,采用活性负离子聚合技术合成聚苯乙烯(PS)时,Imine -TEOS对PS的封端反应;通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振对封端剂和端基PS的分子结构进行了表征.结果表明,Imine - TEOS顺利地进行了PS端基的封端反应,封端反应后PS的分子量分布略加宽,并且随Imine -TEOS的加入在整个封端反应过程中未引发偶联等副反应....
