致病菌与非致病菌诱导对家蚕抗菌肽基因defensinA/B的表达定量分析
在致病菌(Bacillus bombyseptieus)与非致病菌(Escherichia coli)诱导家蚕后的不同时间,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法,对抗菌肽基因defensinA/B在脂肪体中的表达进行了定量分析。结果表明,在家蚕被注射黑胸败血芽孢杆菌致病菌和非致病菌(大肠杆菌)后的3、9、12 h,检测到脂肪体中的Bm-defA/B的转录活性上调,Bm-defB的响应活性高于Bm-defA,Bm-defB对黑胸败血芽孢杆菌致病菌的响应快于Bm-defA,提示Bm-defensins在家蚕对抗细菌侵染的免疫反应中发挥重要的作用。...

Bibliography: | In this paper,the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was applied to analyze the expression of Bm-defensinA/B in fat body after being injected pathogens(Bacillus bombyseptieus)and non-pathogens(Escherichia coli) of Bombyx mori.The results showed that defensinA and defensinB were all up-regulated after injection with B.bombyseptieus and E.coli at 3,9 and 12 h.Moreover,the expression of defensinB was higher and faster than that of defensinA.These suggested that Bm-defensins played an important role in B.mori immune response to against infection by pathogen.
