甘蔗无根试管苗移栽生根过程中内源激素和POD活性变化的研究
以新台糖22号(ROC22)甘蔗无根试管苗为材料,将其移栽至苗圃中,对其生根过程中根发生情况以及内源激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)、二氢玉米素(zR)和脱落酸(ABA)含量以及过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行研究。结果表明:根突破表皮的时间为4~6d.6d时80%幼苗长出可见根。内源激素IAA、ABA、ZR的含量在根原基诱导阶段逐步上升(0~2d);在根原基形成阶段逐渐下降,并处于较低水平(2~4d);在根突破表皮前后又逐渐升高(4~8d)。POD活性在根原基诱导阶段逐渐下降:根原基形成阶段波动很大,出现一个最低点和一个最高点;根突破表皮前活性降低,根生长阶段处于稳定水平。...
