农民参与农业职业培训的影响因素研究——基于无锡市阳山镇的调研分析
农业职业培训是提高农民技术生产能力、促进农业科技推广和增加就业机会的有效途径。’对无锡市阳山镇农民参与农业职业培训情况的调查分析，结果显示：农民的参与培训行为主要受内部因素和外部因素的影响，内部因素主要包括年龄、受教育程度、对农业职业培训的认知程度；外部因素主要包括培训时间、培训地点、培训方式、培训人员、培训费用。研究认为，今后要进一步强化农民的基础性教育；加强政府的宣传力度；合理安排培训时间、地点、费用；努力优化培训内容、配置培训人员、选择培训方式、组织培训实施。...

Survey analysis on farmers involved in agricul- tural vocational training in Yangshan town of Wuxi city was done here. The results showed that farmer~ behavior of participating in training was influenced by both internal and external factors.
