朱顶红人工授粉结实与出苗研究

S682.2+5; 以引进的51个朱顶红品种种球为试验材料,于2013年冬季在广州地区种植于不加温的温室中,于开花时进行人工授粉、结实和育苗研究.试验通过自交在29个品种上获得种子,通过杂交在309个组合上获得种子,自交和杂交共收获成熟果实621个,获得饱满种子35 114粒;采用花盆育苗,共获得朱顶红幼苗18 045棵,总出苗率为51.4%.研究结果表明,品种基因型对朱顶红结实率和出苗率有很大影响....

The seedballs of introduced 51 Hippeastrum vittatum varieties were planted in the greenhouse without heating in winter in Guangzhou, and artificial pollination, bearing fruit, and seedling were further investigated. The survey revealed that, seeds could be obtained by self-pollination of 29 varieties or hybridization among 309 combinations. In total, 621 ripened fruits and 35 114 full seeds were harvested through self-pollination and crossbreeding. Furthermore, 18 045 seedlings were obtained by breeding in pot, with a seedlings productivity of 51.4%. In addition, we also found that genotype had great effect on the percentage of seeding and seedling.
