肿柄菊水提液对蜈蚣蕨孢子萌发的影响
采用正交实验法对蜈蚣蕨孢子在人工培养基上无污染萌发的条件进行探索,研究不同部位不同浓度的肿柄菊提取液对蜈蚣蕨孢子萌发和假根生长的影响。结果表明:对孢子进行4%次氯酸钠、0.1%升汞消毒8 min,50 mg/L赤霉素1 mL处理2 min,接种于pH值为6的1/2Ms培养基上,效果最好。随着水浸液浓度的升高,肿柄菊的抑制作用不断增强,浓度为3%时,不同部位的提取液均使孢子不能萌发。对蜈蚣蕨孢子萌发抑制作用最强的是根水浸液,而对假根生长抑制作用最强的是叶提取液。结论:不同植物、同种植物不同部位的生长对同种化感作用的敏感度不同,同种植物的不同部位对植物不同生长时期的化感作用也不尽相同。...
