曲靖烟田犁耕性能试验

【目的】研究铧式犁在烤烟种植的耕整地环节的重要作用,阐明目前现有犁耕机械的存在问题和主要原因。【方法】通过在云南省曲靖市沾益大坡乡烟田进行的犁耕试验,分析现有常用犁耕机械的作业性能及存在问题,找出影响机械耕作质量的原因,并提出加大耕深的建议。【结果】云南地区特有的红土土壤坚实度较高,影响铧式犁的入土深度,牵引拖拉机会出现打滑,一次犁耕后,耕深没能满足烟草种植的耕深要求,二次犁耕耕深和行进速度提高了27.57%和83.20%。【结论】云南曲靖地区春季干旱少雨,土壤板结,干燥的土地表层覆土影响牵引拖拉机的附着力,出现打滑,烟田需进行二次犁耕。...

[Objective]The objective of the present experiment was to study the role of plowing in tobacco planting,to clarify the problems in existing plowing methods.[Method] The plowing experiments were conducted in Zhanyi county,Qujing,Yunnan,and the mechanical properties and problems of the existing ploughs have been identified.Factors influencing the quality of the mechanical cultivation have been identified and some suggestions for increasing the depth of plough have been given.[Result] The one time plowing was not able to fulfill the deep plowing requirements for tobacco cultivation.[Conclusion]The characteristic soil in Yunnan was highly compacted,which influences the efficiency of plough and increase traction tractor resistance.It is affected by severe drought in spring,and the dry land surface influences the traction tractor adhesion,and leads to skid phenomenon.
