一种老年型荷叶调配茶的配制

为促进荷叶资源的开发利用,选用荷叶茶、枸杞和山楂调配成一种老年型荷叶调配茶产品。先分别确定添加入荷叶茶中枸杞和山楂的适宜范围,然后进行正交优化获得最佳配比。结果表明,荷叶茶:枸杞:山楂的最佳重量配比,以80-90:10-15:7-13有利于茶香气品质的形成,以80-90:10-20:13有利于茶汤色品质的形成,以80:15:10有利于茶滋味品质的形成,以80:20:7有利于提高茶综合感官品质。可以针对不同品质因子进行调配,以开发出不同品质的荷叶凉茶产品。...

In order to promote the development and utilization of the Lotus leaf's resources, Lotus leaf tea, medlar and hawthorn were mixed to a new Lotus herbal tea with promoting digestion and detoxification function for elder people. Based on the appropriate proportion range obtained firstly, the orthogonal tests were done for the best ratio. The results showed that the optimum proportion (w/w/w) of Lotus leaf tea: medlar: hawthorn in the mixed herbal tea were 80-90:10-15:7-13 of the aroma quality, 80-90:10-20:13 of the liquor color quality, 80:15:10 of the taste quality, and 80:20:7 of the whole sense qualities, respectively. It would develop different Lotus herbal tea product with different qualities to meet different consumer needs.
