The seeds were used as explant to carry out tissue culture of Acacia dealbat, the system of efficient plant regenerations was established initially. The results showed that the explants of Albizzia treated by 0.15% HgCl2 for 10 min could obtained low rate of dead and infection, straight insertion seed is best inoculation method. The optimal culture mediums for callus tissue and adventitious bud induction was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, the optimal enrichment medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, the optimal rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L.
