表面改性白炭黑增强溶聚丁苯橡胶的性能

研究了增强剂种类、普通白炭黑及硅烷偶联剂双(y-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物(Si 69)改性白炭黑对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)性能的影响,并对白炭黑表面改性的2种方法进行了时比.结果表明,普通白炭黑对SSBR的增强作用不如炭黑.填充硅烷偶联剂Si 69表面改性白炭黑,与填充未改性白炭黑相比,SSBR混炼胶的加工安全性提高,硫化速率加快;SSBR硫化胶的力学性能、回弹性、耐磨性和抗湿滑性提高.与直接加入法改性白炭黑相比,预处理法改性白炭黑填充SSBR的力学性能更好,且胶料具有更好的硫化特性和耐磨性能以及更低的滚动阻力....

The effect of different reinforcers, un modified silica and modified silica with bis( Ttrie thoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide ( Si 69) on properties of solution polymerized styrenebutadiene rubber (SSBR) was studied, and the comparison was con ducted between two methods of surface modification.
