The article reviews and discusses the reflection of western academia and several urban developmental ideas,and summarizes the new value standard under the era background,namely sparkplugging ＂small＂ layout and constructing small,convenient and ubiquitous vest-pocket parks in the cities.The article puts forward some suggestions on the layout of vest-pocket park.
