新型气井三层分压合采无阻生产压裂管柱

苏里格气田常规气井三层分压合采工艺管柱存在投球打掉球座后封隔器坐封效果不佳、无法实现二次坐封、压后钢球停留在管柱内制约排液采气效果、管柱锚瓦多致使后期上提困难等问题。针对以上问题,研制出新型气井三层分压合采无阻生产压裂管柱。该管柱采用了自带无阻喷砂滑套的BZ-K344封隔器,长胶筒结构设计保证了施工过程中能反复坐封,达到良好密封效果;大通径的下封隔器和下水力锚保证了所有滑套芯子均能顺利打到井底,实现了全井筒无阻生产。2011年至今在苏里格地区共计施工35口井,均取得良好的效果。...

Bibliography:The conventional string for 3-layer fracturing and commingled production in gas well in Sulige gas field represents imperfectness like the packer can not be set effectively after ball dropping and ball seat shear-out, secondary setting can not be realized, the ball staying in the string after fracturing restricts the displacement and gas recovery, and the string is difficult to pick up due to many anchors on it in later fracturing. In view of the above problems, the new unhindered frac-string for 3-layer fracturing and commingled production in gas well has been developed. This string employs BZ-K344 packer with unhindered sand-blast sliding sleeve and it is designed with long tubing, ensuring favorable sealing effect by means of repeated setting during construction; the lower big-bore packer and the lower hydraulic anchor make all the sliding sleeve cores reach the downhole successfully, thus realizing the smooth production of full well bore.
