基于数据包络分析的河套灌区农业生产效率评价
为了科学评判农业生产水平,实现资源优化配置,该文运用数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis, DEA),同时考虑蓝水、绿水等多种要素,分析了河套灌区5个区域2000-2008年的农业生产相对效率,并对非DEA有效决策单元(decision making unit,DMU)提出建议。结果表明:各区域农业生产综合效率差异不显著。杭后和五原效率的提高主要取决于能否有效利用生产技术,而生产规模是影响前旗效率的主要因素。为实现DEA有效,21个非DEA有效DMU的各投入平均调整幅度分别为16.66%(蓝水),22.23%(绿水),19.46%(盐渍化灌溉面积),20.66%(非...
