陕北产连翘花挥发油的提取与GC-MS分析

对陕北延安产连翘花的化学成分进行研究,采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术结合计算机的检索进行化学成分分离和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一法计算各组分的相对百分含量,结果从陕北产连翘花中鉴定出52种化合物,占连翘花挥发油总量的70.29%,主要化学成分有烯类、烷类、醇类、醛酮、酸酯多种化合物等,研究结果为进一步开发和利用陕北产连翘花奠定了基础。...

Bibliography:This paper analyzed the chemical costituents of volatile oils from forsythia flowers in the north of Shanxi province.The volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation.The chemical compounds were separated and identified by GC-MS method.The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization.52 compounds were identified from forsythia flowers.The ratio of identification of total compound was 70.29%.The main components were alkenes,alkanes,alcohols,aldehydes and ketones,acid and ester compounds.The result provided a scientitic method for the reasonable exploitation and utilization of forsythia flowers.
