不同品种番木瓜果实中微量元素含量差异分析
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法分析测定了白皮日升、穗选1号、穗优2号、夏选1号和穗黄5个品种番木瓜果实中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn和Cu 6种微量元素的含量。结果显示,番木瓜果实中所测微量元素含量比较丰富;各品种中6种微量元素含量的高低顺序一致,均为Mg〉Ca〉Fe〉Zn〉Cu〉Mn,且Mg、Ca的含量远远高于Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn;同一种微量元素在不同品种、不同产地之间也存在一定的差异。最后分析讨论了不同品种番木瓜果实中微量元素含量差异性存在的原因。...

| Bibliography: | 44-1267/S Carica papaya L. ; trace elements ; FAAS Content of six kinds of trace elements, namely Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu, in fruits of five papaya cuhivars were measured by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. Results showed that all the tested papaya cuhivars were rich in many kinds of trace elements. The content of the six trace elements in the five papaya cuhivars had a consistent order as Mg〉Ca〉Fe〉Zn〉Cu〉Mn, and the contents of Mg and Ca was much higher than that of Zn, Mn, Fe and Cu. Some differences in content of the same trace element were found between different papaya cultivars and the same cultivars from different growing area, and the reasons for these differences were analyzed and discussed.
