养分胁迫对冬作马铃薯SPAD值及矿质养分的影响
为完善冬作马铃薯养分诊断及平衡施肥技术,通过砂培盆栽试验,以完全营养液处理为对照,研究高氮低镁硼胁迫对冬作马铃薯叶片SPAD值和矿质养分及其相关关系的影响.结果表明:高氮胁迫下倒3、4、5、6叶叶片SPAD值均高于完全营养液,并与叶片含氮量呈显著正相关关系,倒3叶尤为显著.高氮低镁硼胁迫下马铃薯叶片、地上茎、地上部、地下部的氮含量高于完全营养液,且叶片>地上部>地上茎>地下部,叶片及地上部镁含量降低.M-DRIS诊断结果说明氮相对高,镁相对低.养分胁迫导致养分相对失衡,叶和地上部表现明显.结合叶片SPAD值和M-DRIS诊断可更全面准确地进行冬作马铃薯氮素养分的诊断和推荐施肥....

| Bibliography: | 44-1267/S Through the sand culture pot experiment,using complete solution as the control, leaves SPAD value, mineral nutrient status of leaves, stems and aerial part of potato and the relationship between leaves SPAD value and leaves nitrogen content under high nitrogen and magnesium, boron deficiency condition were analyzed to optimize winter potato nutrition diagnosis and balance fertilization technique. The results showed that the leaves SPAD value under high nitrogen was higher than that under complete solution. The leaves SPAD value and nitrogen content had significant positive correlation, especially the top 3^nd leaf. The nitrogen contents of leaves, stems, aerial part and underground part of potato under high nitrogen and magnesium boron deficiency condition were higher than theose under complete solution. Magnesium decreased among leaves and aerial part of potato.
